We need volunteers for the following: Take Art to Heart in the schools; Food  & Wine for Receptions; Hostesses for Receptions; Grounds and Gardens Up-Keep; Mass Mailings; Building Maintenance; Cleaning of building for events and receptions; substitute gallery receptionist; special events committee; Tour of Homes hosts & hostesses; volunteer teachers or helpers for Kid's Art Day and Summer Art Camp; marketing & PR committee; people who LOVE fundraising!!!  Talk to Tammy or Michel at 884-2787.

Your business promoted in all press releases, ads and in our TC Arts newsletter

(a full page insert); a listing on our website; promotion with our email club;

announcements at the event;  and posters and flyers at the event.

  

$250  Sponsor our newsletter —1000 copies - you get a full page ad—it goes to our members, the community, and at the chamber and library

$250 Brevard Gallery Walk Reception at TC Arts — pays for ads, food, drinks and music

      

$250 Take Art to Heart Program — art program in schools for 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders

      

$810 Artists-in-Residency —provides an artist for a week of hands-on artwork projects in a local school

   

$500 Fine Wine and Art Auction—annual fundraiser with music, wine tasting and an art and antique auction

   

$1,000  Spring 2008 Tour of Homes and Gardens - also looking for a caterer to sponsor the pre-party with food

$1,000  Holiday Tour of Homes Dec 2008— our biggest event of the year and the most exposure for your business - also looking for a caterer to sponsor the pre-party with food

   

$1,000  Summer Art Camp — visual arts, pottery, music and movement camp for kids 5-12 years old (cost covers teachers, supplies and snacks)

  

$3,000 Performing Art Series at TC Arts or $1,000 per show —professional performers at TC Arts Center

   

$5,000 Art-in-Schools —helps pay for professional performers in the schools (theatre, dance, music, storytelling) 

$500,000 Name the TC Arts Gallery after you, your loved one, or your business.

 

 

Supply Needs at TC Arts Council:

Gallery: New lights and bulbs for gallery  - cost $30 each 

Food & Drink for Receptions: Nuts, wine, crackers, cheese, frozen spirals and quiche, frozen desserts, homemade desserts the day of reception, cheese trays, fruit trays . . . call Barbara to donate at 884-2787.
